The proposed land use change for 1212 Edmonton Trail NE and 411 12 Ave NE is

This project is currently in the preliminary design stage, and is envisioned to accommodate:
• Approximately 40 residential units
• Retail and restaurants at-grade
• Approximately 50 parking stalls
• Four to five storeys, maximum 22m height
Project Stats are subject to change and will be refined at the time of Development Permit submission
The project is envisioned as a four to five storey, mixed use building located on Edmonton Trail within the community of Renfrew. Edmonton Trail is part of the Primary Transit Network and an Urban Main Street, as designated within the Municipal Development Plan (MDP). It is within walking, cycling and transit distance of numerous amenities including restaurants, offices, grocery stores, and downtown Calgary.
Current Land Use
We have met with the Renfrew Community Association Planning Committee regarding our project vision and intent to submit a land use application and development permit application. We will be hosting a virtual open house and details as well as a registration link will be made available here.
