As a result of the engagement, QPD arranged for a new geotechnical report to be prepared for the site to further examine the site comprehensively.

Questions about transportation and traffic, particularly on GlenVista Place, were among the most frequently asked questions during our engagement process. In particular, the community was interested in discussing the increased traffic resulting from the proposed development, additional safety risk to pedestrians, and traffic disruption to the community during construction.

We are currently in the preliminary phases of the project. Engagement commenced in late December when we met with the GlenVista Condo Board (notes from this meeting are here). Over the next few weeks, we will be conducting engagement and hosting meetings with local condominium boards, and the GlenEagles Community Association as well as hosting an event open to the broader community in early February.
